Tokyo-chou

It is amazing to see so many layers on top of each other. Japanese live with earthquake, they could build skyscrapers like these with very complicated structures that can absorb the strong vibrations of the quakes. America needs to learn this wonderful technique.

Asaba Beach

May be it's just because of the story of Asabasan but I have a strange connection with this town Asaba, Shizuoka in Japan. I visited this town every time I went back to Japan. She said maybe it's because of my past life since I look like Asabasan :) maybe.

I like the beach there. These shots were taken in December. So cold. A long long walk from Fukuroi-eki to Jorinji and to the beach. But it was fun. And pretty. I want to live my retirement years there. :)
